As a teacher, Gwen Lamont has her summers free. To everyones surprise, she accepts an uncles dare to help him with his long haul trucking business for a few months. It will be an adventure she can share with her students. Over the CB Gwen meets a man know as Lion King. He turns out to be Lionel Bradshaw, a professional trucker and Christian who breathes life to a fire she thought was long dead. Still; she is reluctant to pair with Lionel in the same tractor cab to help her uncle meet a delivery deadline. Can Gwen and Lionel keep a friendly distance between them? Where could this relationship go anyway, with her going back to teaching and him on the road?
