The Competition, the Convention, and the Conference (The Ride of Your Life #1)

Miranda "Murray" Stevens has just started a new job at "The Ride of Your Life" driving service. How did she end up in the middle of an office hunt?

She has enough on her hands with her "creative" sister Angie, who complicates Murray's life by bringing home "inspirational pieces", usually chairs. Their neighbor, Zach, is Angie's partner in crime when it comes to hauling the stuff home. It's up to Murray to figure out how to get it out of the house.

At work, Lauren, the office man-eater, thinks Murray is out to steal Jack, the ride scheduler. A desperate Jack turns to Murray for help. Things can't end well when you are the pretend love interest to a guy who is using you for protection from a barracuda.

Adding to Murray's already full plate is the influx of "sci-fries" coming to town for a convention, and Murray's own trip to Detroit, with Jack, for a "safe driving" conference. Murray can't help but stir the pot at the boring "safe driving" conference.

A hypochondriac, five year twin delinquents, and other interesting characters keep Murray on her toes as she gives them "The Ride of Their Life".
