Malakhi Banks, an up and coming drug lord, who lost his only sister to the system 10 years earlier. Khi meets and quickly falls in love with the beautiful Xanae Pittman, whom he believes has changed his life for the better.

As time goes on it seems that Xanae may have actually changed things for the worse. After a disagreement with his drug connect fueled by his relationship with Xanae, Khi begins to travel down a path of unexpected events that lead to Xanae being kidnapped, a string of murders, more money than he ever imagined and a surprising reunion with the sister that he lost contact with over a decade ago.

Xanae tries to convince Khi that his long lost sibling is not as innocent as she portrays and refuses to accept her as a part of their lives. Khi is forced to choose between the woman he loves and the sister he thought he had lost forever, which results in a bloodbath that may cause him to lose them both.

Chapter 1
Khi drove through the city in his brand new black on black Challenger on 24’s. He felt like he was on top of the world, he had just left the plug and dropped off his normal 50 grand in exchange for more product. Life was good and was about to get better. He was sitting at a stop light when he saw her. He had seen bad chicks before but never once like her. He didn’t know it at the time but that very moment would be one that would change his life forever. He stared at her hoping that she would look in his direction but she never did.
Xanae was pissed, once again Dames stupid ass had let her down. “I don’t know why I keep fucking with this stupid ass nigga” she said out loud as she walked briskly up the street.
“Aye shawty, come here let me holla at you for a second” Khi yelled out the window as he watched her ass giggle under the baby pink sundress that hugged her in all the right places. She wore her long jet black hair in a messy bun on top of her head and a pair of gold sandals with gold hoop earrings and matching bangles. Her caramel skin glistened under the sun.
She kept walking as if she didn’t hear the man calling her. She was tired of no good niggas. After a long day of class she just wanted to get home take a hot shower and relax. She let out a sigh of relief when the light turned green and she watched him speed off.
When she got to the next block she noticed that the same black Challenger that she had just saw at the light was parked in one of the approaching driveways and the man who had called out to her minutes before was sitting on the hood of the car. She inhaled deeply because she was not in the mood to engage in conversation.
A smile crossed Khi’s face when he saw her walking up. He decided to try a different approach. He hopped of the car and slowly walked up to her.
“How you doing today beautiful”? Khi asked staring at her intently.
Xanae hesitated a little but warmed up to him in a little bit because she liked his persistence and she was pissed at Dame. She reasoned that the cutie in front of her might be just what she needed to take her mind off of the nigga that she had been stressing over for months.
“I’m aite” she replied without even looking at Khi.
“I ain’t mean no harm, back there at the light, I just had to talk to you and find out your name, I’m Khi and you are”?
“I’m not interested, but since you just have to know my name, it’s Xanae” she replied sarcastically. She wasn’t trying to be rude but she wasn’t going to make it easy for him either.
Khi sensed that she had an attitude and normally he would have kept it moving but he saw something in her that he liked. Her sassiness was appealing.
“Well Ms.
