The CGIFP placed a moratorium on births to diminish Earth’s overpopulation, limiting one child per household. Men are authorized to have multiple wives if they can afford them, but only one child. Women who want a family, a child must stand in line. Soren Prime offers a mail order mate program. The catch, you can’t come back to Earth and you can’t leave the facility once you are there until a mate has been found for you. You have no choice in which mate is matched to you.
