Lord Nikaius and his pack have spent the last few years trying to change the world they live in. Between changing society's views on women to abolishing the Culling, it's been an uphill battle trying to gain the support they need. Happenstantially being in the right place at the right time, they gain a new charge–who might be everything they were looking for.
