An Arranged Life: Miai Kekkon

Growing up in different countries around a pandemic-stricken world having learned to speak man languages doesn't help a high school senior when he learns his parents have been in a tragic car accident back in Japan, their home. He returns to find his mother had negotiated a Miai Kekkon, an arranged marriage, for him, and now it's up to him to decide if he's going to go through with it. There's a lot more at stake than he realizes, and his life is turning into one dominated by other people's decisions.
