Am I undeserving of love?

Knight Howard’s traumatic childhood took a backseat in his life until one night brings all his suppressed emotions to the forefront, causing him to almost lose everything, including his mind. Now, because of his past decisions, he believes he’s undeserving of love until he’s comforted by the woman he’s admired from afar. She provides him with hope, but he isn't interested in receiving it. He believes it will only lead to heartbreak, so he keeps her at arm’s length, but his fiery fairy has other plans.

Kira Burns finds Knight to be mysterious, uncharted territory. His whole demeanor screams, keep out, but she can’t stop herself from approaching him and wanting to get to know him. Knight tries to put up his best fight and warn her off, but he can’t resist the charm she possesses.

Knight knows he’s no good at love, but Kira is determined to show him differently. Nervous excitement, passion, and desire bring them together, leaving them both yearning for more. Knight is cautious moving forward, because of his past while Kira is fearless. Will she be able to fix his broken spirit or will she be hurt in her daring attempt to repair a heart she didn’t break?
