So when a cut on the leg has me heading home early—and alone—it’s really a blessing in disguise.
Thankfully, our awesome babysitter is training up as a pediatric nurse. Almost the moment I walk in the door, Abby starts taking care of me.
She dresses my cut with a gentle, professional touch. Then, to my surprise, she kisses it better. And tells me with her eyes exactly what she wants.
It’s so wrong. It’s so unprofessional.
