Saferwaters by Layla Moran
Kadar has always preferred the company of the sea over that of people and has never once looked into the depths of the waves and been disappointed. But on the night of a terrible storm, he encounters a strange, injured man with fiery hair and an even fiercer disposition. Torn between keeping to himself and allowing the man to suffer alone, Kadar finds himself lending aid he's not entirely sure is wanted.

The man turns out to be a selkie, a magical creature who can turn into a seal at will–or could, if a poacher hadn't stolen his sealskin and made off with his family. The selkie brings trouble with him that is far more than Kadar signed up for and soon they're both struggling to find their footing through a bond that links them irrevocably. Saving the man and keeping him safe leaves Kadar with far more than he ever bargained for–a husband born of the sea.

Saferwaters is a M/M fantasy romance about a human and a selkie, a mythical creature who can turn from a seal into a human. It contains mild violence and depictions of alcoholism. This story has a HEA ending.
