Appalachia taught Leah about the monsters who hide in the dark. The trouble was she was never afraid of the dark, and she craved the monsters.

Life taught Leah that the real monsters are human, and craving monsters is dangerous, so she chose to seek her thrills in other ways. That's how she finds herself locked in a dark basement alone... or so she thinks. When she begins hearing sounds like footsteps and the distant call of her name, she must decide whether to fight the fear or succumb to it. When she comes face to face - or mask - with her specter, she must decide whether to cower or play his game.
