Limeria seeks a powerful artifact of Thera that has fallen into the hands of the hated Comorrans! She must let her past enslave her to reclaim this lost treasure or risk losing herself to her hotblooded yearning for revenge!
King Orrin of Eldheim informs Limeria that the Comorran tribes in the Bone Mountains have a new leader and an artifact that allows them to control the mists in the mountains and valleys. They move under cover, eluding detection and striking suddenly. Their new power threatens the border forts protecting Eldheim. If those forts fall, the way would be open for Comorran reavers to attack the plains and pillage their way to Eldheim's walls. King Orrin suspects the Comorrans are using an artifact of the Age of Wisdom. Possibly something taken from Thera's vaults.

Limeria is eager to recover any lost relic of Thera and twice as eager to repay at least one tribe of Comorrans for what they did to her family, but riding into the mountains to face a horde of bloodthirsty killers would be certain doom. She must enlist the help of the ancient snakeman Scholozar and a chief of the horse clans that maintain an uneasy peace with Eldheim. Even with their esoteric knowledge and martial strength on her side, she will be forced to part ways with her pride to lure the Comorrans into a foolhardy attack.
