Holiday Hiccups 2: More Christmas Magic and Romance

Gloria’s been looking forward to another Thanksgiving and a magical holiday season.

Gloria is blissfully happy. Handsome Stanley Bickerman is by her side. A childhood wish for a white Thanksgiving has come true. Outside her bedroom window, everything is snow-covered and pristine. Thanksgiving morning is starting off like a wonderful dream. She’s smiling when she gets a call from her mom who’s hosting the holiday meal. Her smile quickly slips away when she finds out who’s coming to dinner. Her mother’s ex-husband, Gloria’s father, is going to join in the family’s festivities.

For Gloria, Thanksgiving is a time for togetherness and a grateful heart. But Gloria feels nothing but anger and resentment towards her dad. With her feelings so raw and explosive, she’s afraid she could spoil the family’s get-together. And that’s exactly what will happen if she can’t control herself when she comes face to face with a father who’s let her down in so many ways. If her emotions erupt, Thanksgiving could turn into her worst nightmare.

As the season unfolds, Gloria searches for answers to her unhappiness. Hopefully, Stanley and family can help her rekindle her dreams. Hopefully, on Christmas, she’ll find a reason to smile again.
