Never fall in love with an angel…

When my boss, Dr. Charlie King, asks me to fill in for one of his Angels in the nurses’ choir, I’m quick to agree. He was good enough to give me the job as his assistant at the hospital, and after the year I’ve had, God knows I could do with getting the Angels on my side.

What he doesn’t tell me is that he’s given the rest of the choir the evening off. All of the nurses… except one. Sean Thorne is 99% angel. But ohhh… that 1% gets me all hot under the collar. Too bad he’s moving away to Christchurch in the New Year.
