In our last episode, Elizabeth traveled to Hertfordshire to meet her Bennett relations. She grew to love them all, even if Aunt Fanny was a bit high strung for her taste. It was a bit of work to help her realize that she would never have to be cast into the hedgerows, but she must keep her family’s wealth a closely held secret.
The visitors to Netherfield were as usual per canon, but this time Georgiana Darcy came for a visit also. She became good friends with all the Bennetts.
Mr. Collins was handily disposed of, well, maybe not disposed of but definitely sent back to Kent with his tail between his legs.
Caroline Bingley was just as duplicitous as usual and closed up the house after the ball. Jane is devastated, but Elizabeth has a plan!
It is the next season for our favorite characters. Winter will see most of them in London enjoying balls and plays. You will meet Elizabeth’s father’s side of the family, and more of Darcy’s family also.
