Alpha Island
Tia Fielding

Once upon a time, the world looked a lot different. Alphas owned everything, including the omegas who were treated poorly in most parts of the they couldn't own anything, were kept at home, and they made babies the alphas wanted whether they wanted it or not.
Then The Uprising happened, and omegas wrenched the power back. For the past few centuries alphas have been the ones at the bottom of the pecking order. If they’re fortunate enough to have an omega partner, they might get lucky and be treated as more than a stud to make babies.
But what happens in the Haumea region when an alpha is disgraced? There are two either become homeless and end up on the streets, or find your way to Andromeda Island, also known as Alpha Island.
Jarek is an alpha who lucked out when he landed on the island eight years ago, because he has a job at a beach bar. He doesn't have to "entertain" the omegas who come there on vacation. Omegas who take advantage of the alphas who have no other way to make income than to hook up with them and hope for gifts and money in return. Everyone knows Jarek doesn't entertain, he's just not built that way. But then, a new omega comes onto the island and things start to change.
Nel is a bit younger, but he's not naive. He’s appalled as soon as he realizes how badly the alphas are treated. He moved to Haumea from a more liberal region where designations are more equal. Then he meets Jarek, and there’s no denying the connection between them.
Jarek hasn't let himself dream of a better future since tragedy took his previous dreams away. Nel knows that things can change, but sometimes it takes a lot of believing in the unlikely. Both men need to figure out what they want out of life, and they need to do it quickly, as Nel is only on the island for a week.
If they both can be honest about who they are and what they want, then maybe there is a future for them together, far away from the region. They just have to weather the storm first.
Alpha Island is a non-shifter, mpreg (none happens in this book,) A/B/O universe, where biological females don't exist, prejudice against alphas is rampant, and cinnamon roll men must be protected at all costs.
