Wanting to spend a month on vacation with her lover without her boyfriend finding out, Sakura Nakamura searches for a doppelganger - a woman who looks exactly like her. After weeks of searching, her assistant finds a girl in a small village outside the city whose face bears a striking resemblance to Sakura’s. The girl’s name is Aiko Suzuki. Although Aiko is two years younger than Sakura and has softer features compared to Sakura, she looks identical enough to Sakura to fool anyone. Learning about Aiko’s life in poverty and her urgent need for money, Sakura strikes a deal with her, offering her 5 million dollars to pay for her older brother's urgent heart surgery. Aiko’s job is pretend to be Sakura and live in her world for a month. This includes her most important task - acting as the girlfriend to Sakura’s boyfriend, the wealthy and powerful businessman, William Thompson.
