Outwardly Briony Cox is ‘fine’. She has a great best friend, a lovely boyfriend and she’s just been promoted at work.
But Briony is not ‘fine’. No one sees the cracks under her smile.
At work she was so preoccupied with her fear of public speaking she didn’t listen to the key presentation. Now she’s overseeing a major new project she knows nothing about!

When Briony’s fears spiral out of control she decides to join a social anxiety support group. Her plan is become a better employee, a better girlfriend and a better friend. That will be enough.
