2. some background to one of the main protags ~ one has a girlfriend who is pregnant with an undead baby, but he isn't sure if it's his, especially since he doesn't remember ever being undead...or heterosexual...
3. another character/s ~ killer kitten robots and a best friend/sidekick who has an urban legend for every situation
4. a conflict ~ a science experiment resulting in carnivorous maple trees that can swim!
5. an object/phrase to be mentioned in the story somewhere ~ least fave Halloween treat - religious pamphlets from the weird family down the street
