Romance.io is a small, independent website built for romance readers, by romance readers. We’re a tiny team that cares deeply about helping people find the books they love.
Independent websites are facing increasing pressure from changing policies, especially around content with mature themes. Recently, Amazon changed affiliate rules for products they classify as “unsafe,” which affects sustainability for romance-focused platforms like ours.
We want to stay independent from what governments, corporations, and advertisers decide is appropriate reading.
