Joe Cimminelli is the small town’s newest resident. He left the police force after an injury that hasn’t healed well. Yes, the mayor has asked him to fill in as the town’s sheriff, but that’s only a temporary job. He’s bought a wood maker’s shop a few doors from Daria’s place. His wants are simple, to create beautiful pieces from wood. More than that, he wants on a far more permanent basis, the dark-haired beauty who offered only casual sex.
