Janet wasn't about to let the bitter man at the bar get away with ranting about lying women. Not when she'd so recently been dumped by her duplicitous boyfriend. When the obnoxious barfly insisted that women couldn't be trusted, she came right back at him, "And you guys are so up front?" Her only thought was to shut him down, but as he countered with his points and she countered with hers, he grew quiet and thoughtful, as if she'd given him an interesting idea...

Roy was simply unloading about his cheating girlfriend when he went on a tirade about deceitful women; the last thing he expected was to be called on it. When he was, however, it got him thinking. What if dates began with each side showing off their worst traits rather than their best, by being totally honest rather than keeping secrets? A crazy idea, but he suddenly wished he could give it a try. What woman, however, would be mad enough to go on that kind of date with him? That's when he gave the contrary woman at the bar a second look. And his crazy idea became an even crazier proposition.
