Shine a Light by Christopher Craven
When overworked thirty something Danny O’Laughlin discovers that the key to happiness doesn’t necessarily lay behind the bar of his family's pub, he meets Hugh Reitman. After falling the first night he served Hugh a lager, Danny finds his feelings blossoming into something more when he opens his heart and gets an offer from Hugh to fix his newly damaged vehicle. Is it possible that Danny has finally found a man on the same spectrum of the rainbow that shines inside his own soul?

Forty something Hugh Reitman is at his wits end with remaining celibate in an effort to please his homophobic father. He’s not getting any younger by working long hours in his auto body shop and he's certainly not any happier going home to his best friend, a basset hound named Wyatt. But when Hugh receives bad news from an unlikely source, he feels the weight of the world on his shoulders. And there's nowhere else to turn except Gatting Peaks Pub and the bartender Hugh has an eye on.
