State of Affairs by Dany Sirene
Jade Harron may have been born a man (or, to be exact, a half-elf), but he knows that a true lady is made, not born. And since Jade is also a highly skilled courtesan and spy, it is no surprise that the king of Aleyne has chosen him for a very elite mission.

Aleyne and Levant have been on the brink of war for ages, but finally there is a prospect of peace through a marriage treaty. Yet the king decides it's too dangerous to send his only beloved daughter -- so a new princess is created, a lovely, chaste and completely fictional creature. And the perfect person for the role? Jade Harron, of course.

Before long, it's obvious to Jade that there is more to this mission than meets the eye. And he has a feeling that no matter how it all turns out, a major political stink is inevitable.
