Fear of Falling by Roz Marshall
Fiona Easton is a contradiction - a ski instructor who's scared of heights and a passionate woman who's afraid of intimacy. Recovered from a life-altering heartbreak, it's time for her to return to work at White Cairns Ski School in Scotland.

Leading a school group up the mountain, an incoming blizzard turns what started as an ordinary day into a near disaster, and getting the children back to safety becomes her top priority. But down at the bottom of the hill, the head count is wrong.

Unable to call for rescue, Fiona pushes her anxieties aside and resolves to get every single one of her charges to safety - whatever it takes. Fighting through driving winds and blinding snow, a story of perseverance she learned long ago is her only anchor against paralyzing fear. No matter what happens, Fiona is determined she won't lose a child today.

" Fear of Falling " is the 2nd novella from the ' White Cairns Ski School ' series about a Scottish snowsports school.

Whilst this is a stand-alone book, you might enjoy reading the series from the first episode, " Winter Arrives ". Episodes 3 & 4, and 3 short stories are also available. The series will complete in 2014 with Episode 6.
