Sheriff JD Hollingsworth believed in spanking. He spanked his wife Amanda before they were married for pulling a prank that ended up with his getting shot! He’d spanked her several times since then for pulling pranks that ended up getting her into trouble. He was determined to protect her from a town that was starting to see everything that happened as a prank went wrong.

Amanda loved her handsome husband, and accidentally shooting him had earned her his attention over all the cakes and pies the other single ladies in town bombarded him with upon his arrival in Jasper Springs. She fell in love with him, even though his sense of humor left a lot to be desired. And, she really did plan to give up playing pranks… after one last prank on the entire town. After all, it was April Fool’s Day, and even the Sheriff would have to admit it was a fine day for pranks.
