Introduction
Yvonne Newmar was a faithful employee at the Heritage Press and Guide newspaper company who lived alone with her cat Sophie. She was known as “Vonne” to coworkers, family and friends. She was thirty six years old and had yet to have a successful relationship with man. They either ended with him cheating or never got off the ground in the first place due the fact that she always found herself in friends with benefit situations where she got none of the benefits. “Who the hell was this calling me at this hour?” I thought to myself.

After looking at the caller ID I saw that it was Sheldon. This was when I really realized how much I liked this guy. If anyone else would have called me at this time of night knowing I had to go to work in the morning. I would have damn near cussed them out.

“Hello”

“Hey gorgeous” said Sheldon in a low husky tone.

“Hey you, what are you doing up so late?”
