In the moving conclusion to “The Shaw Brothers Series,” Jeremy Shaw is thrilled that his brothers, Jack and Jon, have both found true love recently, yet it is bittersweet for him because he has always wanted to meet that one special woman. Spencer-Elise McAllister grew up in Pueblo Valley, but moved to Chicago after watching her father’s unwise business quests harm her family. She spent several years in Chicago, learning her craft as an event planner, but after ending her last unsatisfying relationship, she decides to return home to Pueblo Valley to follow her dream of opening her own business as a wedding planner. When she is asked to plan Jon and Abby’s wedding at Jeremy’s vineyard property, she is elated for the chance to finally start her own business.
When Spencer-Elise and Jeremy first meet, there is an instantaneous attraction between the two of them, but Jeremy remains certain that a relationship with her can’t move past his youthful mistake, and Spencer-Elise fears if she doesn’t give all her attention to her new wedding planning business, she will end up failing like her father did.
Even with their fears and trepidations, Jeremy and Spencer-Elise agree to work together to make sure that Jon and Abby’s wedding is the talk of Pueblo Valley. While doing so, can they fight their pasts and allow themselves to trust in each other?
