The Aquitaine Armor by K.T. Tomb
Hired for an investigation by Sir Robert Montgomery, Chyna and Tony plan to head to the Dordogne Estate in Bristol. Still regrouping from the mission to Iraq where Lana had been briefly kidnapped because she failed to follow protocol, Chyna is still on edge—she’s keeping her weapon close and her friends closer. She and her longtime boyfriend, Tony, fly to the UK and share a few days at Sir Robert’s estate before Tony has to leave on other business. Chyna is then joined for the investigation by Oscar, the nerdy cowboy computer expert. She and Oscar investigate the disappearance of the armor that once belonged to Eleanor of Aquitaine. Because she wore it during the Second Crusade while pregnant, there's not another suit of armor like it in the world. Tragically, it's missing and it's worth a million pounds.

Chyna and Oscar follow the clues from the past where Queen Eleanor's adventurous history is just the beginning of the mystery. Chyna picks the brain of the estate caretaker and researches historical documents, following the clues in the long-cold trail of the armor's disappearance. Oscar digs up some information, too, and they put their heads together on the mystery. A side trip to a library in a castle raises more questions than it answers. And, as Chyna and Oscar get closer to the truth of the armor’s disappearance, Chyna realizes that, all along, someone has been watching her, following her. When danger arises, these two members of the Found History team are going to need help--a lot more help. Can Chyna and Oscar find and recover the famous Armor of Aquitaine, or are the risks too great?

Chyna Stone is no ordinary archaeologist—she's an adventurer through and through—and she will do all she can to preserve history and guard the lives of those she cares most about...all while seeking the Armor of Aquitaine in this exciting international adventure thriller.
