Ian watched as Tate lifted his desk up and carried it out of the room, the superhuman display of strength making Ian’s balls tingle. Tate was still dressed in his leather racing suit, and no matter how much he wanted to be unaffected, Ian had to admit that Tate looked good.

Except he didn’t just look good. He looked delicious, and Ian was pretty sure that his desire to push his face into Tate’s leather clad crotch had nothing to do with being an omega.

Tate grinned a little wider, stopping in the door and taking his time as Ian stared at his muscular ass. The smug satisfaction and cocky arousal Ian felt coming off the older man had him blushing so hard he thought the vessels in his face would burst.

How was it fair that Tate got to know what he was feeling? Every confused burst of desire, every flash of anger, Tate would know about them all. It was awful.

On the other hand…. Ian now knew exactly what Tate was feeling, and so far it had been a relief. Tate had honest regret for what he had done to Ian, and his eagerness to make Ian happy left him relieved beyond measure. If Tate was planning something evil, he wouldn’t be this concerned with making Ian happy, right?

And Tate was hot. Now that Tate wasn’t acting like an alpha caveman, Ian was having a harder time of staying objective. The way Tate’s leather suit pulled tight over his shoulders - the way his crotch bulged - should be illegal...
