Riki Ward has discovered a person who likes the same variety in their sex life that she has. Gary Adams has proven to be very skilled in the bedroom. He isn’t at all intimidated about some of the desires that Riki has. The two of them have agreed that they are not ready for love at this point in their lives. But that doesn’t mean that they can’t enjoy passion. Riki is still investigating the death of Ronald Ashby but is having a difficult time coming up with answers. She and her partner Ben have been involved in the investigation, but can’t seem to find anybody who would want to hurt him.

Gary has never been happier. Meeting Riki was one of the best things that has happened to him in a while. They both seem to want to experiment in the bedroom and Riki is not intimidated by anything he requests. They have both discussed where they want their relationship to go, and both agreed that love is not in the picture for them. They are both strong, independent people who know how to make their own way in the world. For the time being they are both content to just enjoy the passion they share. But Gary wonders how long it will be before he loses control of his heart.
