In this second part of the series, Jake and Angela are settling in at Willard Ranch. Angela loves the ranch and everything it comes with, most mostly she loves her boss who is taking her riding and showing her how much fun life can be.
Jake in the meantime has figured out the solution to the water problem, and he doesn’t want to stay in Texas any longer than they have to. When a neighbor gets jealous at Jake’s success, trouble is brewing on the horizon and Dean has to protect Angela from potential danger.
When Angela finds out what Dean truly is, will she accept him or will she agree with Jake that they shouldn’t stay in Texas any longer than they have to? What happens when danger comes knocking on the front door, and Jake decides to leave Willard Ranch in an attempt to stay safe? Will Angela go with him or will she accept Dean for who he is and finally admit her to her true feelings?
