Gray Eyed Glory by Alison Blake
Perhaps it isn’t exactly love at first sight, but Madeline Sawyer certainly takes notice of Gray Grisholm the first time she lays eyes on him. And why not? He’s beautiful, athletic, and obviously not poor. In other words, he’s way out of her league.
But it turns out that Maddie and Gray have something in common. Both their careers hinge on Morning Glory, a magnificent show jumping horse, and Olympic contender. Maddie, a struggling artist, has been given permission to paint the horse while Gray trains him.
They can’t help but be thrown together, but they both carry wounds from their past. And besides, they’re too ambitious, too focused, and too busy for romance. The question is, is it really possible for the head to rule the heart?
