Crazy for Love by Rebecca Anderson
CRAZY FOR LOVE

Twenty-seven year old Sage Porter is on the run. The ethereal, offbeat Sage wants to adopt a five-year old homeless child, Amy, and sees nothing wrong with bypassing the law to rescue Amy from L.A.’s dangerous streets. Now all she has to do is keep Amy hidden from the authorities until she can save enough money to start the adoption.

Sage believes her problems are solved when she gets a job as a companion to the eccentric, elderly Mrs. Claresta Beamer. What a great place to hide out! Sage feels the planets are aligned.

That is, until she meets Claresta’s handsome nephew, attorney Hayden Mitchell, who turns her legs into cinnamon Jello. His intelligent brown eyes reflect all her secrets, and she soon realizes he’s just the kind of straight shooter who would turn her in.

Sage is in danger of losing both her daughter and her heart.
