I’ve never had trouble finding a boyfriend. Or keeping one, for that matter. Let’s just say I’ve dated a lot of guys and leave it at that. Which is all well and good, except for the part where not a single one of those guys turned out to be THE ONE. I’m fine with it, though, I swear. Sooner or later, I’ll find him, the right guy, and live happily ever after.

So why on earth did I hook up with my ex-boyfriend last night? Who does that?

If the definition of insanity is repeating the same behavior and expecting a different result, then I must be going crazy. Obviously, it’s time for a new plan. No more musicians. No more skaters. No more struggling artists. What I need is a good, solid businessman. Someone who has his act together.

Bryce is exactly what I’m looking for. He’s smoking hot and has a career in the financial world. But things between us are not as perfect as I thought they’d be. And then there’s the added complication of his brother, Paul.

Paul and I work together, we’re temporarily sharing a house, and he’s pretty much the sweetest guy on the face of the earth.

All I can say is Shakespeare knew what he was talking about – the course of true love never did run smooth.
