Brooke has been hurt so many times by men. Failed relationship after failed relationship, she decides to just stop trying to date altogether. Her friend Sarah comes back to town and invites her to a party. Brooke runs into Jake. Jake lived next door to her for about five years when they were younger . They try to mend their friendship that they had lost over the years and fall right back into place.
