LOVE WON'T LEAVE ME OUT THIS TIME

1 Corinthians 13:4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Have you ever loved and lost and felt like your heart never wanted to love again. The most important men that I ever loved more then life it’s self my father and my high school sweetheart left me. My mother always said it starts with self love. I kept telling myself that love won’t leave me out but, it seems to always happen. How could you say you love someone and constantly cheat, lie and hurt them. Sometime I feel like I was destined to be alone that love wasn’t meant for me. It’s a saying that it was better to have loved and lost then to have not loved at all. I wonder is this saying is true? I feel like every time I try to love that I get hurt and it is taken away from me. Love shouldn’t hurt I.
