Fate Lionas has had a rough few years, due partly to her affinity for the supernatural. Her ex-boyfriend, the vampire Antonio d'Artusio, is the leader of all vamps since defeating the Society. Fate also has the often inconvenient gift of speaking with spirits. Her life spirals further out of control when Antonio makes her the offer she's been longing to hear. But, he doesn't make it easy to accept.

Antonio is one of the older members of his race. Long life had made him cold and regretful. Try as he might to push Fate away for her own safety, he cannot deny the feelings she stirs within his heart. To have Fate forever, he must first figure out a way to save her from an unexpected enemy.
