Lizzy and Darcy's First Christmas at Pemeberley: A Pride and Prejudice Variation Novella in the Regency Style by W.E. Dashwood, A Lady
**A complete, sweet and clean Pride and Prejudice novella in the Regency style**

Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy knew inviting most of their relations for the Christmas holiday would not be easy, but they did not expect such shocking disruptions to the festivities.
Lydia and Wickham arrive unannounced, which complicates matters for Georgiana who is entertaining a new suitor, the handsome and mysterious Mr. Blackmore. Lady Catherine fires her maid for breaking a beloved family heirloom, while Kitty cozies up to Mr. Blackmore. Mrs. Bennet insults Mr. Darcy while being insulted by Lady Catherine, Mary insists on playing dreary hymns on the pianoforte, and Anne de Bourgh looks as thoroughly miserable as everyone feels. Even cheerful Bingley seems to find the situation unbearable.
When there is a shocking turn of events, the accusations fly. Mrs. Bennet is clamoring for a duel to avenge Lydia’s honor and Mr. Bennet hides in Pemberley’s large library― where Elizabeth would be if she did not have the responsibility of solving the mystery.
Mr. Darcy does his best to keep Lady Catherine from contacting the magistrate while Lizzie searches for clues. The more she uncovers the truth, the more Lizzie begins to wonder if everyone is hiding a secret.
