Yet where there is tyranny, there is also rebellion. The rebels contact Dodger, a streetwise punk who’s been trained as a sniper from childhood. He jumps at the chance to seek revenge against the government that murdered his family. The Rebellion also calls on Gin, a genetically engineered super-soldier who has slipped his shackles and escaped the dubious hospitality of the government’s labs. He was created purely for combat and knows of no other way to exist.
