McKenzie by Joshua Erik Rossi
Sam McKenzie would tell you that some broken hearts never heal. After suffering great loss, sometimes there isn't a way back from it. He's content running The Pegasus Club and making sure that everyone else has a good time but when Asher Blue Patterson showed up at his door, Sam realized that he has a problem. He's tried to get rid of the kid. Asher is young and inexperienced. He doesn't belong in The Pegasus but when Asher shows up again, beaten beyond recognition and with nowhere to go, Sam McKenzie opens the door and brings him inside. Dex Munroe, the guy in charge of security at the Pegasus Club isn't happy about it. He's convinced that Asher's wealthy father will destroy the club and his best friend Sam McKenzie along with it. He's determined to get rid of Asher Patterson but Dex's new love, Kane, has something to say about that. And Dex isn't too happy about that, either.
