Stacy Walker’s family is in the weeds. Her father’s business recently failed, and with his escalating age, he is having trouble finding work. To Stacy’s delight, Lewis is an extraordinarily kind man and a hard worker. Along with his friend and coachman Mashhad, he runs a beautiful ranch, works in the mines, and provides for Stacy and her family’s every need with patience and compassion. Life is going perfectly – until tragedy strikes the Watson home.
What will come of Stacy and her family? Will she survive such devastation, or will she fall victim to the whims of fate as well?
