Mail Order Bride: The Depressed Bride's Baby by Samantha HOPE
Can love be borne out of desperation, dishonesty, and denial? Only time and determination will tell for Anna Goodwill.

When Anna Goodwill’s parents fall on hard times, she is determined to find a way to help them. With a mixture of desperation and excitement, she replies to several ads seeking mail order brides. She lands upon Seth Morris, a wealthy Texas rancher who seems to be a perfect gentleman on paper. But when Anna meets Seth, his striking good looks and deep pockets turn out to be the only good things about him.

Anna quickly learns that she is no more than a glorified maid and caretaker to her new husband and his infant son. To make matters worse, Seth reneges on his promises to help her parents with their finances. When she learns that his story of being a widower is fabricated, it’s the last straw for Anna. She makes her escape.

But much to their surprise, Anna and Seth find that they miss each other. Perhaps there was something between them that neither of them dared to admit?
