Future Lover by Skye Ryan
An artificial intelligence sci-fi romance for the ages

Lia Renault has lived for years behind the oppressive walls of The Probity, promising both her life and her body to an empire that could at any moment end her life. She is being groomed as the lifelong mistress to the elect’s senior councilman, and as a Constant, her purity of body has been bought and paid for.

After one of her Probity sisters maliciously starts a rumor, she is slated to undergo a cleansing, a process where her mind will be altered or possibly erased. Fearing for the one possession she holds dear, she enacts a plan that sends her body to the farthest reaches of the galaxy while her mind is housed within the inner workings of a sophisticated fifth gen AI unit.

She is shipped off to auction, and for the first time in her life sees the full destruction wrought by the empire. She soon learns that rebels have unleashed a virus capable of killing nearly everyone in the empire, while the powers that be are stalled by inaction, corruption and greed. She finds herself barely escaping the clutches of a warlord and is sent to live with Corvan Jax, a wealthy baron and scientist, and his stepsister Rhyssa Seros.

During her stay there, she stridently guards her humanity, unsure of whom she can trust with her secret. She finds herself falling for both the brilliant scientist and for his seemingly caustic but surprisingly gentle stepsister.
Going against all protocol, she embarks upon passionate affairs with them both. As the virus rages on and the empire becomes increasingly more oppressive, Lia finds herself caught between two lovers and the monumental task of retrieving her human body.

Set against a backdrop of intergalactic intrigue and politics, Lia must find her strength to fight for freedom and for love.

This is a full-length standalone artificial intelligence, sci-fi bisexual romance. No cheating or cliffhangers, and as always, Happily Ever After guaranteed.
