Breathe Again

Life for twenty-seven-year-old Maria Brown consists of living in her tiny hometown, working the same job she's held since high school, and shouldering the responsibility of caring for her father. She's lived a contained life for so long, she knows no other way to exist.

The moment NFL star, Malachi Douglass, lays eyes on Maria, he knows she's the woman he's been praying for and embarks on a journey to tear down her walls and make his home in her heart. Maria's become accustomed to suffocating within the boundaries of her small life. Maybe Malachi is just what she needs in order to learn how to breathe again.
