Captive of a Fairytale Barbarian

Tandrea: How does a nice, normal girl end up getting herself kidnapped by a barbarian? Tandy isn’t exactly sure, but there’s no denying that it’s a lot more exciting than her usual life back at the university. Tzadok: As The Lord of Salt, Tzadok reigns over all the tribes of The Wasteland and he isn’t a popular ruler. Big and angry, he’s barely holding the various clans together. He can’t allow foreigners to invade their lands without brutal punishment. It would mean the end of his rule to show weakness. But he also can’t allow Tandy to die. One look at the stunning, green-skinned woman and he knows that his future is linked with hers. Tzadok is going to keep her safe, even if it means fighting her people and his own. He might have taken Tandy prisoner, but Tzadok is the one who’s held captive by her striking beauty.

The Wasteland: Together with Tzadok’s eccentric uncle and his uncooperative hostage, Tzadok and Tandy are on an adventure across The Great Nothing. Somehow, they need to stop the other Wasteland clans from killing them, and Tandy’s people from killing them, and a giant snake god from killing them, and the odds are really not in their favor. But the longer they’re together, the more Tandy comes to realize that there is more to this fearsome barbarian than meets the eye.
