Trev is a shark shifter and doesn't put up with a lot of crap in the world. A cop as well, he is depended on to sniff out the stupidity and the rough necks in the world. He also uses his silence to his benefit when it comes to handling the crimes.

Samos is a manatee shifter and one that has a lot of problems. Given his past and the worries he has had courtesy of his past problems, he doesn't expect much for his future.

Can the two find some common ground? Will past problems arise? Will there ever be a chance for love for them?
