Peppermint Kisses

When New York City’s top named chef, Lynn Hampton, gets word that her great aunt died and left her everything, she flies out to the remote little town of Republic, Washington to start a new life, to let go of old haunts and learn who she is and what she really wants in life.

However, she soon finds that not only is she now the owner of a large cattle ranch, she is also the owner of a bakery and a very mean bull whose temper is nothing compared to the neighbor’s, Hale Gallagher. From the moment she reached town, Lynn is at odds with Hale. She finds him arrogant, ill-tempered and handsome as hell.

When Hale Gallagher meets his new neighbor he realizes she is just like his ex-wife, a big city woman pretending to enjoy small-town life. The only problem is he knows the fascination with small-town living soon wears off and the big city calls them back to where they belong.

Scorned by a past heartache, he refuses to allow himself to give in to the urges that his sexy new neighbor provokes. However, he soon finds that not every woman is like his ex and that sometimes a kiss is not just a kiss…especially from a chef.
