Silhouette by Robin Hale
Dr. Molly Fawn has always done what was expected of her. She got her MD. She took a job at the best research lab in Opal City. She became the local hero’s genius sidekick. She’s reliable. Dependable. Utterly forgettable. At least, she was. And then she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and caught the eye of the city’s most notorious jewel thief: the Silhouette. And the Silhouette can't seem to forget about her at all.

Lana Blake lifted her first wallet when she was in grade school and she never looked back. In the decades since, she's built herself an ivory tower in the middle of Opal City's criminal underworld. She's aloof. Untouchable. She's the Silhouette. But all that changes when she meets Molly Fawn: the gorgeous research scientist who is the source of at least half of Captain Colossal’s victories, not that the oaf notices. But that’s okay. Lana knows just what to do with unappreciated valuables.

The last thing in either of their plans was falling for someone on the other side of the line between heroes and villains, but sometimes life presents an opportunity too sweet to pass up.

Silhouette is a standalone F/F romance set in a fictional Midwestern city with superpowered heroes, villains, and the sidekicks who love them.
