Gay Men on Guard: Two soldiers with a secret by C.P. Waterman
Set in 1965, when homosexuality is illegal in the British army: Harris and Green, both soldiers working at an army base, fall in love.

Realising they might face dismissal if their secret is discovered, they go to extraordinary lengths to conceal their passion in public; they take dancing lessons and arrange a foursome with two girls, with varying degrees of success.

But Harris and Green can't keep their hands off each other. How long will it be before they get caught? Can Harris, particularly vulnerable, stand the humiliation? And would they have a serious future together?
