Fire in the Water by Pat G'Orge-Walker
Smooth-talking musician Sanjay Thomas 'hit it and quit it' past is about to finally catch up with him. Like a Mack truck that past will flip him and leave him waffling; wondering if Jesus was only kidding about forgiving him.

Sister Celeste' Francois, a single mother with a pair of rambunctious twin girls, is on a mission. Celeste' is seeking revenge on the man who told her he didn't care if she was overweight. He didn't care that she was more successful in her writing career than he as a struggling musician. And he definitely didn't care that she was about to inherit a huge sum of money from her only uncle on his deathbed.

He said he just wanted her for her. It was all a lie.

Nothing had prepared Celeste’ for the shock of learning the object of her hatred would come out of the shadows eleven years later. The church hired him to be the musical director for her church play she’d worked hard to put in production. The masterpiece is set to debut on the same day she is to be baptized. Now she's mad and conflicted enough to think she can go through Jesus to get to him. The church flyer promises that "Fire will reign down from Heaven", Not before Celeste' brings her own brand of Hell fire down on Sanjay first.

Heaven help him because he's gonna need it.
